Eel-CatfishPlotosus canius Family Plotosidae This is the most common catfish and frequently caught by hook and line. Young fish often school. The dorsal and pectoral fins each have a sharp, slightly curved spine covered by skin which are associated with venom glands. (Adult length up to 25cm). |
