Their shaggy appearance helps break their natural outline. They feed mainly on larger algae during low tide. (Shell width up to 4cm). Pebble Crab Heteropanope glabra Family Pilumnidae Order Decapoda This hardy and adaptable species prefers rocky areas with muddy substrates. They feed on any available animal matter. (Shell width up to 2cm). |
