Halymenia Red Seaweed Family Grateloupiaceae Halymenia and the fleshy Eucheuma are used for the cosmetic and food industry (e.g., in the making of agar). Eucheuma Both genera are eaten as salad vegetables in the Philippines. (Height about 30cm).
