ICCS Sites - Pointers for the
  1. Obtain a map of the area (streetdirectory.com).
  2. Pick a date with the same tidal level as date of ICCS.
  3. How to get there? Describe.
  4. Mark the nearest carparks / bus-stops on map. Is there a place for vehicles to wait.
  5. Note "Meeting Point" Nos and mark on map &endash; these are used by police, ambulance and NParks.
  6. Photograph existing maps of area on signboards.
  7. What is the distance between the carparks / bus-stops and the site.
  8. Estimate the size of sites; photograph.
  9. Estimate and photograph the trash load.
  10. Estimate the number of people who can work on the site. (Take into account data recorders, weighing I/Cs, loaders etc)
  11. Indicate the Trash Collection point where all trash bags are brought to at the end of the event (near a bin centre if any).
  12. What is the nearest hospital, in case of emergency.
