Pre-cleanup Site Recce
This is an important part of the preparation in order to check conditions at your site that we highlight here. Your Zone Captain will advise you on this, and she/he may reccomend you visit the site if there are issues over access, safety or complexity.

Here are some tips on what to look for during a recce and an example of a recce report from West Coast Park in 2003.

For your cleanup, you will need these two documents:

Download and print the Data Card as well as the Data Submission Form. The Data card will be used in the cleanup by each group of 3-4 cleanup volunteers. The Data Submission Form should be returned to us within three days after the cleanup.
