Hi everyone,
Most of the names have now been clarified and here is the
list. Please read carefully and note who you have to liase
with:
- The Person In
Charge (PIC) brings the team to Kranji Reservoir
Carpark B.
- You will be met
by your Operation Team Leader (OTL). This is
the most important person for most of you. They know the
site the best and are aware of what is going on and will
guide you.
- Assistant
Team Leaders (ATL) are there to help the OTL direct
the team.
- The Site
Coordinators manage the site. They have the big
picture. For example, they may request for manpower from
an OTL to help out loading at another site. And
they will signal the end of the cleanup or suspension of
work for safety reasons.
