BP's commitment to the environment Care for the environment has always been a hallmark of BP's approach to business. BP strives to be a good neighbour wherever it operates and taking the lead in caring for the environment is part of that philosophy. Since its inception in 1964, BP Singapore has adopted the same approach with equal fervour. This BP-funded guidebook is just one example of the company's 'green' programmes. Through this book, we believe Singapore will be better able to appreciate the need to continue to be proactive in caring for our environment.
